If you are encountering the error messages listed below when trying to merge your Klei Accounts:
“Please Verify/Validate the email address in both Klei Accounts and start the process again”,
And/Or
"Please update your *Klei Accounts* to use the same e-mail address and start the process again",
This means that the Primary and Secondary Klei accounts you are trying to merge are either not using the same email address, or the Primary/Secondary accounts have not yet verified the email address, or both.
To fix these errors, you will need to log in to both your Primary Klei account and Secondary Klei account separately, and ensure both accounts are using the same email address (found in the USER INFO tab), and that email addresses for both accounts have been verified. The account merging process cannot continue if one or both account emails have not been verified.
Once both the Primary and Secondary Klei Accounts are using the same email address, and the email addresses have been verified for both accounts, you should be able to complete the account merging process.
