If you have recently purchased Bolt Chests for Don’t Starve Together on PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch, and are not able to find or receive the Bolts in-game, unfortunately we do not have any way to verify or confirm purchases made on console storefronts or platform accounts from our end.
If the Bolt Chests were purchased under a different platform account unintentionally, or if for any reason, you are not able to receive the Bolt Chests on your account, you will need to contact your platform’s support page and inform them of the purchase issue, or that you would like to request a refund for your purchase.

We have also found the following steps may help you sort out the issue:
1) Log in and check your Klei account’s transactions page to see if the Bolts have been received in your account.
2) While logged into your Klei Account page, navigate to the USER INFO tab, and make sure that the Klei User ID (KU_ID) matches the KU_ID displayed in-game. This helps confirm if you had purchased the Bolt Chests on the correct account, especially if there are other people that play on different accounts on the same console.
You can check your Klei User ID in-game by going to the game’s main menu > navigating to Options > More. There you will find the KU_ID for your platform account.
3) Please make sure that the Bolt Chest(s) were purchased under the same platform account (eg: PSN, Xbox Live, Nintendo Online) that you are playing the game on.
Please be aware: Bolts are considered consumable currency, and thus cannot be shared or accessed by a different platform account, even if they are playing on the same game console.
4) Additionally, please try the following steps to see if these help resolve the issue:
- Fully exit the game, and fully shut down / power off (NOT sleep mode) your game console;
- From there, turn on the game console again and launch Don't Starve Together;
- Log in to your Don't Starve Together game account;
- Check your in-game Shop to see if the Bolts of Cloth have been added.
