Order something from the Klei Store and have an exchange, return, refund inquiry or request? Let us know within 30 days of your order date and we will do everything we can to make it right.
- If we make a mistake and you receive a defective item; or the wrong item was sent to you, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction info and a description of the issue and we’ll help you out as soon as we possibly can! Should you need to ship anything back to us, we’ll cover the cost of postage for you.
- If you made a mistake with your order (like an incorrect address, if you ordered the wrong item, wrong T-shirt size, etc.), change your mind about a delivered order, or if you would like to exchange an item, you’re welcome to request an exchange or a refund with us. We’re more than happy to provide refunds and exchanges - the only thing that we ask is refunded or exchanged items be in good condition, and that you cover return shipping charges.
- If you don’t receive your order within 14 days (domestic) and 60 days (international), let us know and we’ll send you a replacement; OR if there’s an issue with sending to your location, we can offer a refund for the order.
- If you accidentally entered the wrong contact name or shipping address during checkout from the Klei Store, contact IndieBox@kleientertainment.com immediately and we’ll fix that for you.
- If you need your order cancelled, contact IndieBox@kleientertainment.com immediately and request for the order to be cancelled on your behalf and we’ll get that done ASAP.
