Refunds for Don't Starve: Pocket Edition (Google Play Store)
For most Google Play purchases, you will be able to contact Google Play Support for a refund within two hours of the purchase. Please visit Google Play Store Support for assistance with refunds.
However, if you are contacting Klei Support regarding a Google Play Store refund for Don't Starve: Pocket Edition or Don't Starve: Shipwrecked, these conditions must be met:
- If the refund is done within a two week window of the app purchase;
- If there has been less than two hours of playtime;
When placing an order request, please provide our live support team with the email address you used to purchase the game app on your device, as well as the transaction ID in order for us to verify the purchase and the account.
