All reports are done through Kleibot's DMs. If you wish to report a member, message or situation that you believe breaks our guidelines, you can visit Kleibot's profile by clicking on its profile picture twice and then selecting "Send message".
For mobile users: Tap on Kleibot’s profile picture and then select the "Message" option.
How do I write the report?
• Start your phrase with !Report
• After that, type out the contents of your report. You can add an image if you have or need to show any, the bot will insert that in the report.
• The bot will send you a message that will show you how your report will show up to the Staff team and ask you for confirmation to send it.
• If you don't wish to send the report, simply ignore the message
• If the report is correct and you wish to send it, please react with the "" emoji to the message.
• If everything worked out, the bot will message you this: "Your report has successfully been submitted to the staff!"
If you did not receive the above message and the bot did not delete its previous message, then that means it was not able to register your report. If that happens, we ask you to please try to send your report again. Make sure you share as much information as possible with us, for example:
• The usernames of the members involved
• The links to their messages (you can get this by right-clicking a message and selecting "Copy Message Link")
• Any image of the event if necessary (for example, you may need to send us an image of the posts if the message was deleted). Here is an example of how a report message for the bot should look:
!Report I'm reporting to let you know [complete Discord username] is breaking the malware rule by sharing suspicious files here: [message link]
Help, I can't message the bot!
If you are not able to message the bot, it is likely your Privacy Settings do not allow you to send or receive messages from users on the server. In that case, you'll want to follow these steps:
• Right-click our server in the server selection bar on the left of your screen.
• Click on "Privacy Settings".
• Select the "Allow direct messages from server members." bar in case it's not green.
• If you wish, you can repeat the same process to deactivate the setting again after you've received the bot's message.
NOTE: Actions taken on reports are considered private information and your report will not receive a reply unless further information is required.
