We advise all fans to purchase directly from the official Klei Shop or other official Klei partners.
Klei Support and IndieBox are only able to provide assistance and support for items purchased directly from the Klei Shop. We are unable to advise or provide support for resale/third-party transactions for Shop items or the keys associated with them. Any purchase of a resold item or key is at your own risk.
Third Party Shipping/Receiving
This includes third party shippers/receivers. Klei/Indiebox will only be able to provide support from the point of sale, to fulfilment and verification of delivery and we will not refund or otherwise support purchases that have been processed through a third party shipper/receiver or forwarding service.

Due to the proliferation of product resellers, Klei will not be able to provide new item keys except in very limited circumstances due to verifiable issues with the original key.
We have received many complaints from players receiving used codes from resellers. We strongly recommend that players do NOT purchase keys or merchandise from resellers as we will not be able to verify and assist you with your purchase.
We will make every effort to support verified purchases from our official website. An in-game item replacement may be provided to the game account of the original purchaser of the Klei Store item after verifying an issue with the original issued key and purchase.
Please note that invalid keys are exceptionally rare. If you purchased a key from a reseller and it is not working, it is very likely that the key has already been used by the reseller.
