Klei Creators (Ambassadors) have access to giveaways that they can provide their fans through Creator Links.
A Creator Link is a URL that allows players to claim an item on their Klei Account easily and securely. These links also allow the creator to ensure that it hasn't been used before sending it out to fans. Creators are not provided names, account IDs, or any other information about the player who claims the code.
Sometimes, in the case of game codes, a creator link might provide a code that needs to be redeemed in Steam.
To use a creator link (as with any URL that you click on the internet), ensure that the URL is going to the proper page. All creator links start with "https://accounts.klei.com/creatorlink/". The text that comes after this part is set by the creator and can be anything.
You will be taken to a Klei Accounts page, you may need to login before you can claim.
As with all Klei Account pages, you will need to login through your game platform.
Once logged in, Verify that you are on the correct account that you want the item claimed on. Klei will NOT move items between accounts for any reason.
