If you have received your order notification email, and you find that your order has not yet arrived after a few weeks, here are a couple of ways to track down your package. 1) Check the information for how to track your order/package via our "How can I track my order" support page.
2) If in USA, contact USPS directly to inquire about your package and the reason for delay
You may also be able to contact USPS directly and inquire about your package as well as the reason for the delay. You can contact USPS Support via Email, or by phone at 1-800-275-8777.
3) Contact your local Post Office to inquire about your package and the reason for delay
You may also want to check in with your local post office to see if they will be receiving the package. If your local post office will be receiving the package, they should be able to provide you with more accurate tracking information and timeline.
